Toasty and chocolately while still a sweet light roast. This batch was a shade on the watery side and makes me think a finer grind with a shade less water might be good. We'll do 16 and 720 ml on the next batch.","rating_bf":"3.00","notes_st":"Smells like sweet ginseng, smokey. Tastes lightly hazelnut, roasty.","comments_st":"I hope that more flavor punch can be extracted with the adjustments in brew mentioned by BF.
