Tons more agitation and slightly higher brew ratio pulls out a lot more flavor than what I found the first time around. The result is high acidity and the notable phosphoric acid mouthfeel that comes with SL-28. I'm still going to prefer the more delicate Ethiopians from Vibrant, but this is pretty tasty.","rating_bf":"3.50","notes_st":"Smells very citrus and lightly of soy milk.
