I'd love to see a bit more chocolate and a bit less bitter nuttiness, but still pretty good and fits the bill of what I'm looking for in a Guatemalan.","rating_bf":"3.75","notes_st":"Velvet feel. Bitter, roasty smelling beans and brew. Similar in taste (not in a bad way).","comments_st":"I noticed the brew was quick, i.e. short duration for 750 ml water to settle into the pour over vessel.
