That's still an expensive coffee! Really good coffee, probably not <em>quite<\/em> as unique as I was hoping for given the interesting processing. Really strong flavor and quite delicious though. I'm thinking this might call for a bit higher extraction - let's try the next Chemex with a 16 grind and a bit higher brew ratio.<\/p>","rating_bf":"4.00","notes_st":"<p>When hot, tastes like hot chocolate with slight vegetal notes.
