Q&A

Some one-liners of info, in case you were wondering...

What temperature should I store cheese curds at?
I keep fresh curds on the kitchen counter. I've had them at room temp for 3 days without consequence to my health (as far as I can tell). Putting them in the fridge and allowing them to warm before eating is a good idea too.

Cheese curds and squeaking?
Squeaking refers to the sound that the cheese makes when bitten. Still experimenting w/ this...
Positive squeak factors: warmth/room temp, moisture, freshness
Negative squeak factors: cold, age
