Rating (out of 5): 4.50

Notes:

Cinnamon, blackberry

Comments:

This is a fantastic coffee – rich, slick mouthfeel, tons of complex flavors. The anaerobic fermentation brings the expected fruity and funky flavors and the cinnamon brings balance rather than overwhelming. I haven’t had the non-stout version to compare directly, but B&W certainly hit it out of the park with this one.

Notes:

Tastes funky after a week of “normal” coffee. Berries and graham. Cinnamon definitely comes through.

Comments:

Is this coffee? Amazing flavors from the way the beans were treated.
