Missives from the Year of the Burger
After sale, they were 5.66 for the pack of two. Red onion happened to be on sale too. All in, each burg was about $3.50 tops.
Stopped recording with details in this blog. Probably closer to 30-ish unique burgers so far. This was the first turkey one logged this year.

Classic, nothing complicated here.

I decided to grill up the poblano peppers on this one to combine some charbroiled and freshness vibes. Ranch dressing balances it out.



Oklahoma onion burgers are a quintessential version of classic American smashburgers. These should be more common.


Grabbed half-pound some cheddar Festy burgers, grilled them up real nice, and told everyone to do whatever they want with them. Some people had ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Others just had some French’s onions.

We still had avocados from the Super Bowl and lucked into having those short rib patties from Meat People again. So here we are, trying out a guacamole bacon burger.





Finally got a chance to try the short rib patties from Meat People, and they are excellent.
