Clove, Cherry, Christmas.
Comments:
Excellent mug – huge baking and holiday spice notes on the nose immediately, flavor bursts with cherry fruitiness. There is a bit of anaerobic tartness, but it mostly just continues with that cherry impression. Slightly tannic without being aggressive.
