The first time I brewed this it was unexceptional and I didn’t rate it because I figured it would be easy to make it better. This is better! Fruity, lightly tart, great mouthfeel.

Notes:
Gentle smell–leafy. Tastes lightly of juice (lemonade w/o sourness, if that makes sense). The taste is balanced with classic roasty coffee notes.
Comments:
I appreciated the subtle flavors of the beans in this brew. BF is not exactly sure what was different about this brew compared to the unremarkable first attempt with these beans. Excellent today.
