Somewhat tannic mouthfeel, reminds me more than a little of a fruity red wine. I might just keep increasing the coffee to water ratio – Corvus recommended 15:1 and maybe that’s where I really should have been in the first place. Pretty tasty.

Comments:
I haven’t been minds-on when drinking these past brews lately (distracted), so I cannot recall how the first brew tastes in comparison. I was not blown away enough to stop and think, “WOW.”
