Trying this out with the grind setting dialed to 20. Less extraction and consequently less roasty than at 17, trading off for brighter, sweet, and more chocolatey.

I knew it was these beans but wasn’t sure–that’s how different this brew was from how BF has been doing it up. More cocoa feeling iirc this than the previous. Love ’em both 😍
