Odor is classic, roasty, with a bit of soy milk. Taste is dark chocolate and tobacco.
Comments:
This brew compared to the first brew has a better texture (less thin feeling) with a nicer acidity. However, still not as nutty as the beans odor would imply. Still searching for a nutty coffee like the one from Irving Farms… 🙂
