Notes:
Smells not strong, maybe slightly bandaids. Taste, when hot, is of custard. When cooled, a bit more of those granny apples (as described). Drying effect on tongue like with some strong teas.
Comments:
Not the typical tastes one associates with Ethiopian beans. That’s OK, because these tastes are interesting and delicious as well and Vibrant did mention that would be the case (i.e. not typical “Ethiopian blueberry” quality).
