Sour cherry, stone fruit, tart, red wine.
Comments:
Tasting notes are very consistent with what Rogue Wave indicated. Bold, tart, and slightly winey, exactly what I was looking for with the anaerobic fermentation. Not too funky, still in line with traditional natural process flavors, just punchier. I’ll definitely want to try more Ana Doney beans in the future.
