Chocolate and nutty
Comments:
Enjoyable brew, hits what it’s supposed to be. Toasty and chocolately while still a sweet light roast. This batch was a shade on the watery side and makes me think a finer grind with a shade less water might be good. We’ll do 16 and 720 ml on the next batch.

Smells like sweet ginseng, smokey. Tastes lightly hazelnut, roasty.
Comments:
I hope that more flavor punch can be extracted with the adjustments in brew mentioned by BF. I benchmark everything these days to the Irving Farms brew we had that was extremely nutty, and this was like a thin version of that.
