Probably not as acidic as I’d like and also a bit thin. Probably going to need a higher brew ratio and a bit more agitation. Even so, nice reminder that all Vibrant Ethiopian mugs are good mugs.

What I associate with Vibrant Ethiopian beans. I thought this a generally floral, tea, almost soda-like brew. Enjoyed among our current not so similar beans.
