We still had avocados from the Super Bowl and lucked into having those short rib patties from Meat People again. So here we are, trying out a guacamole bacon burger.

Sandy’s famous guacamole, Nueske’s thin sliced bacon, 7 Seeds short rib patties, Festival bakery burger buns.

Comments:
This really could have used some cheese. The thin sliced bacon was also not it – kind of disappeared into the rest of the flavors. The bun was old and a bit sour. This was executed terribly. The only thing that salvaged it was the quality of the beef.
