Roasty, baker’s chocolate, classic.
Comments:
Switched from my previous French Press brewing to the James Hoffman method and loved the diminished sediment and cleaner cup.

Comments:
FP version is quite good too, more “robust” than pourover version in mouthfeel. Greater sweetness.
