OK, got this one sorted out now. Tons more agitation and slightly higher brew ratio pulls out a lot more flavor than what I found the first time around. The result is high acidity and the notable phosphoric acid mouthfeel that comes with SL-28. I’m still going to prefer the more delicate Ethiopians from Vibrant, but this is pretty tasty.

Smells very citrus and lightly of soy milk. Tastes grassy, lemon ice tea with a little soy.
Comments:
I agree with BF that this brew drew out more interesting flavors than the first brew. I especially liked this at a warmer temperature. An interesting tingling bitterness at the front of the mouth.
