Comments:
Price reflects CAD to USD conversion and 10% off. That’s still an expensive coffee! Really good coffee, probably not quite as unique as I was hoping for given the interesting processing. Really strong flavor and quite delicious though. I’m thinking this might call for a bit higher extraction – let’s try the next Chemex with a 16 grind and a bit higher brew ratio.

When hot, tastes like hot chocolate with slight vegetal notes. Cooler, tastes the fruity floral flavors emerge.

Oh magic potions part two. White chocolate strawberries. I like this brew as is!
