Really classic Ethiopian coffee. Bright, super fruity, tea flavors. Rounds out with a bit of pastry-like flavor and solid body. Given the price, this is really one of the better deals on the market right now for a solid Ethiopian.

Smells bright. Tastes lightly lemon with tea.
Comments:
Already drinking our second brew this morning, so I have forgotten exactly my feelings about this brew (brewed first). Generally, this is a “classic” taste I am starting to associate with beans from Ethiopia. Surely not all beans from this country have the same taste profile (tea, slightly sweet-fruit), but more often than not, the beans we get tilt this way when brewed.
