Price reflects Canadian exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Solid if unspectacular. I’d love to see a bit more chocolate and a bit less bitter nuttiness, but still pretty good and fits the bill of what I’m looking for in a Guatemalan.

Notes:
Velvet feel. Bitter, roasty smelling beans and brew. Similar in taste (not in a bad way).
Comments:
I noticed the brew was quick, i.e. short duration for 750 ml water to settle into the pour over vessel. Wonder if smaller grind would impart different flavor for these beans.
