Starting off with our first burger of the year and trying to use some leftover Brunkow pizza cheese. Grabbed the relevant ingredients to pair from Festival and cooked on the flattop to stick with thinner, slightly crunchy patties.

Comments:
The cheese was the highlight of the show and tied the whole flavor profile together. The French roll worked well with the theme and stood up well to the greasiness of the cheese and pepperoni. Excellent combination overall, swapping in higher quality ingredients could bring this up quite a bit.
