Burger #2 – Keeping it Simple

Still had beef and French rolls from yesterday’s experiment, so kept it simple with salt, smashed patties, and American cheese.

Crisped up the patties nicely, melted the cheese, and really just relying on how much I like a warm French roll with some cheese on it.
