We had a pork shoulder for dinner the previous day, so I repurposed some leftovers with some freshly cut onions to make a pulled pork burger. The pork was brought back to life in a wok with BBQ sauce and the new onions, with the result being pretty comparable to legitimate pulled pork.

The total package worked well, the cheese texture was a nice goopy accompaniment to the generally warm vibe. I slightly overcooked the patty and the low-end ingredients brought this down a notch compared to the previous efforts.
